Independent Spare Parts Sourcing (April 1984 - May 1986)

During this period, UGI operated autonomously, procuring spare parts from European and American markets and distributing them within Mexico and the United States.

Representative Partnership with Interstate Mcbee (1986 - December 2001)

UGI served as the contracted representative for Interstate Mcbee of Cleveland, OH, focusing on market development in Mexico and providing consultancy services for expanding into Latin America. This period witnessed remarkable growth for Interstate Mcbee.

UGI transitioned into an independent trading entity, sourcing products from China and the USA to cater primarily to markets in Mexico and South Texas. Notably, UGI established and later divested the successful subsidiary, Global Diesel Parts LLC (GDP), which was acquired by Midwest Truck in 2017.

Expansion and Formation of Global Diesel Parts LLC (2002 - 2017)

UGI assumed a consultancy role for Midwest Truck, focusing on the development of engine parts under the GDP brand. This collaboration concluded in December 2020, marking the end of UGI's engagement with Midwest Truck.‍
